Prevention of the Abuse and Dignity

PRESENTATION

University professor, Judge of the Court of Appeal of Police Justice (in license) and Chief of a main directorate of Prisons, General Perez Sanchez is a man of values.

I read its whole work. It had not been so essential because I create to know the author.

One is a compilation of conferences that he has dictated in different forums. The subjects are united by the preoccupation by the quality of life, the promotion of the human dignity, the preventively.

Its contribution is motivated "by that vocation on watch that justifies the existence in the measurement in which we gave ourselves to a noble cause, like the one to spread to the knowledge, called ideas and principles to transform the Dominican reality into benefit of all".

Its language is different. Oxygenate. It speaks of "the effective protection of the civic liberties", "the obligation to make happy to the others"... And, Colonel Perez Sanchez, affirms that "the discipline must be strict, but does not blind".

Two texts reflect, to my to understand, which is something as well as articles of their creed:

"We want to emphasize that each man is subject independent, with capacity of decision moral,that is the one that builds the social order not the other way around and, reason why today is more necessary that before to unite to us in the search of routes that take us destiny to a better".

More ahead, it says: "the reform and modernization have by final mission the total use of the rights and individual, cultural, social, economic liberties, and solidarity... It is from this approach that collection the reach and content of the modernization programs of the diverse manifestations of our reality ".

I conclude with words of the same author: "Goals where to go there are many; nevertheless,most attractive and interesting she is that that allows to construct us, to contribute... "

General Perez Sanchez has put itself ahead, with his contribution.

I congratulate the author and I hope to have the opportunity to read other contributions that certainly will do, for the good of all.
